Is Reberon Investments a registered and PPDA-prequalified contractor?
Yes. Reberon Investments Co. Limited was incorporated in Uganda on 23 June 2010 (Certificate of Incorporation No. 119869) and holds PPDA Provider Registration PRV/WKRS/SUPLS/26072105/JUL/26, valid 20 July 2026 to 20 July 2027. The certificate, the certificate of incorporation and the URA TIN registration are all downloadable from our Compliance Centre.
Which categories of work is Reberon registered for?
Our current PPDA registration covers Building, Construction, Architectural, Plumbing and Carpentry Works; Construction of Community Access Roads; Construction of Roads and Bridges; Construction of Water Projects; Electrical, Plumbing and Other Installation Activities; and General Supplies.
Where in Uganda does Reberon work?
We deliver nationwide. Completed and ongoing works include Bukwo, Kween and Kapchorwa in the Sebei sub-region, Mityana, Isingiro, Obongi and Madi Okollo, the Oyam–Kole cluster and Karamoja in the north, and Kampala. Our head office is in Kireka, Kampala, with an upcountry base in Kapchorwa.

District local governments and municipal councils, central government bodies including the Ministry of Education and Sports, the Ministry of Works and Transport, the Office of the Prime Minister, Uganda Prisons Service, KCCA and the Dairy Development Authority, and international NGOs including Finn Church Aid, World Vision Uganda and Right to Play.
What is Reberon's contracting track record?
Our published contracts register lists 25 contracts awarded between 2014 and 2026, totalling over UGX 14 billion. The largest single engagement is Senendet Seed Senior Secondary School in Bukwo District at UGX 2,884,316,648, delivered as sub-contractor to Trinity Technical Services Ltd under a UGIFT/MoES arrangement.
Is Reberon tax compliant and up to date with NSSF?
Yes. We hold URA Transaction Tax Clearance Certificates for FY2026/27 issued for each of our contracting clients, and an NSSF Clearance Certificate (serial 00055142) confirming that social-security remittances are up to date for all registered employees. Both are published in the Compliance Centre.
Can Reberon provide performance security or a bank guarantee?
Yes. We provide unconditional on-demand performance guarantees through Stanbic Bank Uganda, typically 5–10% of contract value, as required by the tender documents.
Does Reberon own its construction equipment?
Yes. The company owns its transport and site fleet, including a Toyota Hilux double-cabin 4WD, an Isuzu dump truck, Mitsubishi Fuso trucks and an Isuzu Forward dump truck, together with concrete mixers, bar bending and cutting equipment, compaction plant and survey instruments.
